I am a multi-task manager, I have been working in the Hospitality sector for 40 years, I deal with selecting a niche and unique products from Italy, for distribution in Canada in shops and restaurants and hotels.
I am an Italian chef, an F&B and a Sommelier specializing in combinations of wines and dishes, and I have worked in Hotels, Restaurants and Masserie, in Italy, and Canada.
